The
thursday night shows at TC Muzique bring forth a mix of music styles
from the Twin Cities area. On this evening, the rock band known
as Q Public was on hand. They came together as a band in 2001 with Sam
on vocals, Rick and Trevor on guitars, Galen on bass and Jason on
drums. A younger crowd gathered in the studio as the band prepared to
perform for this evenings show. They hit the ground level stage with a
number of
songs from their self titled CD. Sam on vocals is up front and center
as he drives the pulse of the band to the crowd. With a rock steady
menu of material, they bring forth a progressive rock approach with
hardy bass, well driven guitar work and a swell of lyrical vocal
action. Another good show and performance. As always, watch for more TC
Muzique every thursday at 8:30 pm on MTN channel 17 in Mpls.
