On this Thursday evening the live music session for the TC Muzique
program hosted the musicians that are known as 'Great Girls
Blouse'. In the studio located along the river front in Mpls. MN.
The 'Great Girls Blouse' trio are Amy with vocals and
guitar, Jason on bass and Brian at drums. The rock trio kicked
into gear with the high spirited emotional energy of Amy with guitar
and vocals along with the slight of hand bass work of Jason. Amy is the
songwriter and highly charged vocalist with equal spirit and command of
the guitar. Their music presents an intriguing mix of undertones and
musical elements from the spectrum of punk, funk, jazz, acid and
psychedelic fusion of energy to experience. Jason brought some spunky
conversation to the stage along with the host Mr Swizzo. New to the
band was the drum work of Brian as they prepare to go on tour. Taking
their music from the CD 'Save That Song' on tour in August where they
will work eastward to New York and back to the Twin Cities.
TC Muzique can be seen on MTN cable channel 17 and is expanding
to the MCN cable channel 6. Watch for future live programs and repeats that may occur.
