With a quest for music and a taste for metal there may be some mayhem on the menu. With this Saturday event came a mix of heavy and dark music with a number of national acts on the main stage and in the Ascot Room a selection of local Minnesota bands along with a few touring bands..

The day began with the early crowd filtering in around high noon. A busy crew were active preparing the main stage for the string of heavy hitting bands which would include Morbid Angel, Suffocation, Satryicon and Agent Steel to name a few. Alot of gear for the crew to handle and prepare with each band.
Most of the early crowd gathered for the kick off in the Ascot area upstairs where the local Minnesota  bands would be playing. Ben up singing for ' R-evolution' broke into the song "Hatred 2" to get the evening rolling. Sounds like they will have an EP out soon and are out and up to playing a good mix of shows with the summer months ahead. Much the same for ' Necromis ' who all dug in to rally on the event following ' R-evolution '. The five man St. Paul band with Greg up bold with vocals. They gave out some two song sample CD's and have a full length due out in July.  Fans and bands out enjoying the event as the main stage bands began. ( continued on page 2 and 3 )
